How it works

2. Everything stays in a simple timeline on this device, so any family member can catch up in a minute.
3. Before a doctor's visit, open the weekly summary, print it, and take your real questions with you.
Your privacy, plainly: Entries stay on this device (your browser).
Nothing is uploaded, there is no account and no server copy.
If you clear your browser data, the journal is gone — so export a backup
from the Journal below (you can import that file back anytime) or print anything important.
WitnessLog stores your own notes — it does not record calls. Laws about recording
calls differ by state, so when in doubt, write notes instead of recording.
